The new health coverage period of September 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022 is about to begin. Members who have qualified for the period have been mailed eligibility packets from the SDC-League Health Fund. The packet includes information on Option A (insurance through Aetna or Kaiser Permanente) and Option B (medical spending account), as well as enrollment instructions.
We encourage all participants to make health payments online at Make a Payment and submit completed forms and documents by email to Health@SDCweb.org to insure payments and paperwork reach us during this time.
