MEMBERS SELECTING OPTION A

Newly eligible Members who wish to enroll in Option A must submit the required enrollment paperwork and payment by September 15, or September 30 with a late fee.

Eligible Members currently enrolled in Option A do not need to re-submit paperwork, but must pay your participant contributions by September 15, or September 30 with a late fee.

Please make your contribution payment online at the Make a Payment page. The payment page lists the current premium contribution amounts. Failure to make a timely payment will result in termination of your Aetna or Kaiser coverage retroactive to the first of the month. For those of you currently enrolled in the Aetna Plan, Aetna will continue to send you information directly about the coronavirus/COVID-19.  Participants enrolled in Kaiser Permanente should receive information directly from Kaiser.
