Caitlin Higgins

Fund Administrator

Caitlin Higgins joined the SDC-League Health Fund as Acting Health Fund Administrator in June 2019. Caitlin has almost ten years of experience overseeing the daily administration of many pension and health plans. She previously worked at Zenith American Solutions (formerly Benserco, Inc.) where the SDC-League Pension & Health Plans was one of her clients. Caitlin left Zenith American Solutions in February 2018 to move to Los Angeles and has since returned to the east coast. She earned a BS in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. The SDC-League Pension and Health Funds are multi-employer Trust Funds, legally separate entities from each other and from the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (“the Union”). The administration of the Funds is the responsibility of a joint Board of Trustees comprised of both Union and Employer Trustees, each having equal voting rights. The Funds’ investments are maintained by separate custodians and managed by independent investment managers who have discretion and authority to effect transactions for the benefit of the Plan within the investment guidelines established by the Trustees.
