SDC-LEAGUE HEALTH PLAN
The SDC-League Health Plan is a multi-employer Plan that is maintained and operated according to collective bargaining agreements between contributing employers and SDC, subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). You are eligible to participate in the Health Plan if you are employed under one or more SDC contracts and sufficient employer contributions are made to the SDC-League Health Fund on your behalf.

You are eligible to participate in the health plan if you are employed under a Stage Directors and Choreographers Society contract and sufficient contributions are made to the SDC-League Health Fund on your behalf.
Beginning January 1, 2026, to be eligible for benefits, employer contributions of at least $1,900 must accrue on your behalf during a six-month contribution cycle as outlined below. In addition, your first rehearsal date(s) must fall within the corresponding six-month cycle. Note that the start date of your eligibility will be based upon both an adequate contribution level and the start date of your rehearsal period(s), regardless of when the contributions due on your behalf are paid.
CONTRIBUTION CYCLES & ELIGIBILITY PERIODS
- If $1,900 accrues for you from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 you will be eligible from September 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027. If $3,800 accrues for you during this period, you will be eligible for one year of coverage.
- If $1,900 accrues for you from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 you will be eligible from March 1, 2027 through August 31, 2027. If $3,800 accrues for you during this period, you will be eligible for one year of coverage.
- If $1,800 accrues for you from January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 you will be eligible from September 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026. If $3,600 accrues for you during this period, you will be eligible for one year of coverage.
- If $1,800 accrues for you from July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 you will be eligible from March 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026. If $3,600 accrues for you during this period, you will be eligible for one year of coverage.
